Philippines was always classified as 3rd world country. This is because of the high ratio of unemployment, poverty and poor public service facility. For me I don't think this will last longer because our new government aims to correct the mistakes of the previous administration. But talking to some people who know something about hidden treasures and long forgotten Marcos wealth, there is another way to lift our poor country man's morale. Selling of historical boxes to the right buyer and returning back some loose Philippine moment with equivalent gold bullion deposit is some of the best resolution. Why? Because it is clearly stated in their Letter of Intent that 70% will go to rehabilitation of the Philippines and 30% will go the holder and negotiators. Imagine how wonderful it would be when you don't have to worry about buying your daily needs because you can afford to buy anything for your family. To those who know someone keeping their historical boxes and been sitting there as a coffee table now is the time to sell it. This is only the start of the these group who aims for the betterment of our countrymen. They will not stop helping every individuals who have this kind of items.
