Bitcoin just reached it's highest price chart ever to $6,000.00 USD per Bitcoin. Last October, it's price is $4,680 USD per Bitcoin as I remembered but after a month it's already up by 30%. I'd been telling to everyone I know that this is some sort of a promising business. I just need to setup my own bitcoin mining rig. It's complicated, risky in terms of computer parts price (which is the major factor in order to earn bitcoin) and quite difficult to explain to some individuals. Not only bitcoin can be earned from mining but other cryptocurrency which is very much popular for virtual or online transaction.  It can  be withdrawn also from any accredited ATM or banks. $700 USD is the price for my ideal initial setup of cheapest mining rig ever. How to view CCTV DVR (made in China) Online Using Laptop/Smartphone

I used to work as an Operation Manager for a CCTV project with a Korean boss. I can say that I've learned a lot in terms of how their system work when it comes to CCTV installation. But since their device is quite expensive and our local client cannot afford that high price and it requires some skills in order to view it online, I was able to find ways to resolve this issue. DVR from China is my solution because of its cheap price and plug and play features. There were 3 types of DVR, N_eye, Xmye and Nvsip. All of them are compatible with any internet provider since all you need is its device id and a dedicated apps for smartphone and PC software. : Please see guidelines below: 1. You will be asked to scan its QR code in order to download apps either your using IOS or Android. 2. You can download QR scanner from iTunes or Play store in order to proceed. 3. Once your finished installing the apps, you have the option to scan device id instead of typing it manually then save. 4. Open the apps and select the DVR id and view your CCTV at home or office where ever you go as long as you have internet. I tried it with mobile data using 3G signal and it works well. Higher signal is recommended but not required. 5. All 3 DVR have the same procedure of installation but they use different apps. For PC Software here is how: 1. Download software from the DVR server(see manual for the website). 2. Install application with admin access. 3. You will be asked to type device id and then save. 4. Run the application and double click the DVR name on the upper left corner. 5. All camera list will appear once connected. If nothing happens, it means DVR is offline. Make sure DVR status is connected or online. 6. You can choose how many camera you wish to view from your screen. I hope the above instruction will be helpful to those who are planning to try China made DVR. Please also note that before buying it, make sure your hard disk is compatible since this is a common issue.

I've watched video from youtube comparing 3 kinds of cloned Samsung S8 VS the original one. The latest version of clone was priced at $99 USD only compared to $800. It shows in the video that even antutu benchmark apps was showing higher specs of the cloned device which is too good to be true. The only way to check with antutu is the device score or rating. Usually, its getting only 24,000+ compare to the real Samsung S8 with 125,000 score. Physically, the real one is much thinner but larger in size. I got nothing against clone and original but from my point of view, cheap or expensive items will always have a knock-off.

Philippines was always classified as 3rd world country. This is because of the high ratio of unemployment, poverty and poor public service facility. For me I don't think this will last longer because our new government aims to correct the mistakes of the previous administration. It was a bit late for me to realize that Filipino people like me should be rich by now just because of these items called historical boxes. What's good at those buyer is their condition or rules. That only Filipino holder can receive the payment in order to use portion of it to humanitarian act or improvement and development of the Philippines. Imagine if all historical boxes will be bought at the same time through the help of the negotiators, all of us will become rich because all negotiators(the dual citizen or senior citizen) desired nothing but to share their wealth once become successful with the transaction. Imagine how many negotiators are stationed in Cubao, Ayala, Crossing and Quezon Ave. If all of them can hit the jackpot, all of their family and friends will benefit. Now why is that these negotiators are deeply involved in this kind of transaction for more than 20 years but none of them manage to sell any of it? Well its because most of them make their own rules which is not applicable to the condition or policy of the buyer. Buyer always request proof of life of the item to prove its existence but the negotiators resist and push their own protocol which always leads to disagreement for both sides. Most of them are not telling the truth during the negotiation. They just want to get fund for their own expenses. To sum it all, it;s not the holders or the buyers fault for every failed transaction. Its always the negotiator because they have the skills to  make it happen but to hard headed to cooperate. I even witness one transaction that will make me earn 6 figures just acting as on of the observer or witness but due to the misinformation given by the holder's negotiator to the buyer's rep, transaction didn't push through. I just hope that they will find ways to correct this common problem with the negotiators and make things right in order to lift the moral of every Filipino buy helping them overcome poverty. There are so much item to sell and a lot of buyers just waiting for them to cooperate. I hope one day I can be part of it and contribute my given talent in order to make it easier for them to transact and help them do the right thing as well. This blog will remain a fiction or urban legend since I don't have concrete proof to support my story but I am ready to tell more and I hope one of those days, I can show you some proof of the existence of this historical boxes.

Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0

CM Flame 2.0 or known as Karbonn S1 Titanium to internetional market have the same remarks about this smartphone "High-end phone but cheap".

I'd been longing to purchase a smartphone ever since Android Operating System invaded the mobile industry but it is so unfortunate that it is very expensive only with average hardware performance. It took me years of waiting until I was able to grab HTC Magic under Smart Postpaid Plan. Device is expensive that time and it only runs Cupcake 1.5 OS.

Filipino People Witnessed Supermoon

We experienced this phenomenon which started at around 7:21 PM of November 14, 2016. Everything started awesome since the moon is shinning so brighter than the usual until I noticed some oval shape formation of clouds right next to it.. Reminds me of a video that I've watched from Facebook about a cloud formation in Israel which looks like a portal to heaven or another dimension. Wind in our place ain't blowing that time so the cloud formation remains the same for a few hours as shown from the picture. At around 7:45 PM, clouds cover the whole part of the moon. Quite disappointed but waited for a few hours until it finally show-up again. Sky is much clearer at around 9:45 PM and you can see some shapes inside the moon (only with my eyes but not with my phone camera). For every Filipino, strange event like this one believed to be connected with some omen or bad luck. For positive people, this is a very beautiful event in life that will happen again after 17 years. They feel lucky witnessing it and they know for a fact that they are the living testimony for every discussion once it happen again in the year 2033. Do other country enjoyed a better view of the moon? Do they also believed about superstition?

Roger Rodas, 38, has been named as the driver in the
crash that killed Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker,
reports Perez Hilton. Rodas was further confirmed as the
other victim of the tragedy by ABC Los Angeles.
A witness to the tragedy told TMZ:

Him and his buddy, his brother in arms at heart just
decided to joyride, take a spin. Something we all do.
We’re all car enthusiasts. ... We’re all here driving,
enjoying each other, and God must’ve needed help.

It’s a little difficult to know what it was. Someone
called it in and said it was a vehicle fire ... We all
ran around and jumped in cars and grabbed fire
extinguishers and immediately went to the vehicle. It was
engulfed in flames. There was nothing. They were trapped.
Employees, friends of the shop. We tried. We tried. We
went through fire extinguishers.

Rodas was the co-owner of a car customization store,

Always Evolving, in Santa Clarita, California. Walker was
named as a co-owner of the shop. Always Evolving,
describes itself as, "The source for all of your
automotive passions."

Walker described the business in an interview in April
2013 saying:

I have a performance shop called AE Performance and we do
race prep and all that stuff out in Valencia. So I have a
couple partners and we all race together. It's a family
business basically. We brought in friends and people
coming from different economic backgrounds, let's just
say, but it's cool because everyone gets to have their
cake and eat it too. Eric Davis, Roger Rodas, Rich
Taylor, Casey Adamo are just a handful of the guys
involved.

2. He Raced With Paul Walker

 

Rodas had raced with Walker in the Pirelli World

Challenge Series.

According to Auto Week:

They ended up racing together at events like the 25 Hours

of Thunderhill, but his schedule limited Walker's racing

mostly to time attack-type events at Buttonwillow or

other California tracks.

 

 

3. He Worked in Charities With Paul Walker

Rodas was driving his car, a Porsche Carrera GT, which

was on display at a car show in his building to another

event, the Reach Out Worldwide charity show in Los

Angeles. The charity had been founded by Walker while he

was part of an aid response team to the devastating

earthquake in Haiti in 2010.

A profile described Reach Out Worldwide as:

A network of volunteer first responders who are experts

in their individual fields, consisting of heavy equipment

operators, paramedics, firefighters and healthcare

specialists. Paul Walker, a race car driver in his own

right and Ford Racing Boss 302s owner, has come to us to

spread awareness for his disaster relief organization.

Rodas was involved in other charities such as The

Asomugha Foundation. In addition to that charitable

endeavors, he owned Cielo Recycling, recycling plant in

Central America and is also active in "waste to energy

power plants and wind farms" in Central America.

Walker said of the pair's charitable efforts:

Instead of just writing a check, we're seeing how much

more bang for the buck we can get by giving of ourselves

and spending every dollar on the cause. As tragic as the

disasters are, people consistently rise above the

bleakness by focusing on what they still have. It gives

you a lot of hope.

 



4. He Was a Merrill Lynch Employee

An online profile states that Rodas was, "one of
America's top wealth management advisors and portfolio
managers, with an impressive list of clients," this was
in addition to his role with Always Evolving. Rodas and
Walker's friendship evolved over a shared passion for
cars, it eventually morphed into a professional
relationship where Rodas became Walker's financial
adviser. A Merrill Lynch profile of the pair says:

The two struck up a conversation when Walker noticed
Rodas driving a Porsche GT3 he had previously owned. Soon
the two were racing side by side, as when they teamed
recently with two professional drivers in a pro-am 25-
hour endurance race in Thunder Hill, Calif. As their
friendship developed, Walker occasionally asked Rodas for
financial advice, and they began working together
formally as client and Financial Advisor in 2007.
The first item on their agenda was reorganizing Walker's
portfolio, a hodgepodge of personal investments. Rodas
suggested a diversified, relatively conservative
portfolio of stocks, bonds, cash and alternative
investments, aimed mostly at preserving capital. And
because an actor's income is sporadic, each time Walker
completes another film, he and Rodas meet to re-evaluate
his financial strategy to help make sure his long-term
goals stay on track.

The same profile states that Rodas had worked at Merrill
Lynch/Bank of America for 20 years (the profile is
undated) and has been named on a list of America's Top
1000 Financial Advisers in 2010, 2011 and in 2012.


5. He Was Originally From El Salvador

 Rodas had only turned 38 on Halloween 2013. As a
competitive racer he had raced eight times in 2013. When
racing this past April, Rodas crashed into a wall at a
Pirelli World Challenge practice session at Long Beach.
In order to compete in the actual race, Paul Walker
allowed Rodas to borrow his Ford Mustang Boss 302S. His
biggest success while racing saw him win second place in
the Pirelli Porsche Driver's Cup Series championship in
2012.
According to a profile on World Challenge, Rodas was a
native of El Salvador but lived in Valencia, California,
having been brought up in Hollywood, California.
