Bitcoin just reached it's highest price chart ever to $6,000.00 USD per Bitcoin. Last October, it's price is $4,680 USD per Bitcoin as I remembered but after a month it's already up by 30%. I'd been telling to everyone I know that this is some sort of a promising business. I just need to setup my own bitcoin mining rig. It's complicated, risky in terms of computer parts price (which is the major factor in order to earn bitcoin) and quite difficult to explain to some individuals. Not only bitcoin can be earned from mining but other cryptocurrency which is very much popular for virtual or online transaction.  It can  be withdrawn also from any accredited ATM or banks. $700 USD is the price for my ideal initial setup of cheapest mining rig ever. How to view CCTV DVR (made in China) Online Using Laptop/Smartphone

I used to work as an Operation Manager for a CCTV project with a Korean boss. I can say that I've learned a lot in terms of how their system work when it comes to CCTV installation. But since their device is quite expensive and our local client cannot afford that high price and it requires some skills in order to view it online, I was able to find ways to resolve this issue. DVR from China is my solution because of its cheap price and plug and play features. There were 3 types of DVR, N_eye, Xmye and Nvsip. All of them are compatible with any internet provider since all you need is its device id and a dedicated apps for smartphone and PC software. : Please see guidelines below: 1. You will be asked to scan its QR code in order to download apps either your using IOS or Android. 2. You can download QR scanner from iTunes or Play store in order to proceed. 3. Once your finished installing the apps, you have the option to scan device id instead of typing it manually then save. 4. Open the apps and select the DVR id and view your CCTV at home or office where ever you go as long as you have internet. I tried it with mobile data using 3G signal and it works well. Higher signal is recommended but not required. 5. All 3 DVR have the same procedure of installation but they use different apps. For PC Software here is how: 1. Download software from the DVR server(see manual for the website). 2. Install application with admin access. 3. You will be asked to type device id and then save. 4. Run the application and double click the DVR name on the upper left corner. 5. All camera list will appear once connected. If nothing happens, it means DVR is offline. Make sure DVR status is connected or online. 6. You can choose how many camera you wish to view from your screen. I hope the above instruction will be helpful to those who are planning to try China made DVR. Please also note that before buying it, make sure your hard disk is compatible since this is a common issue.

Samsung S8 Clone VS Original Samsung S8

I've watched video from youtube comparing 3 kinds of cloned Samsung S8 VS the original one. The latest version of clone was priced at $99 USD only compared to $800. It shows in the video that even antutu benchmark apps was showing higher specs of the cloned device which is too good to be true. The only way to check with antutu is the device score or rating. Usually, its getting only 24,000+ compare to the real Samsung S8 with 125,000 score. Physically, the real one is much thinner but larger in size. I got nothing against clone and original but from my point of view, cheap or expensive items will always have a knock-off.

Rich Philippines

Philippines was always classified as 3rd world country. This is because of the high ratio of unemployment, poverty and poor public service facility. For me I don't think this will last longer because our new government aims to correct the mistakes of the previous administration. But talking to some people who know something about hidden treasures and long forgotten Marcos wealth, there is another way to lift our poor country man's morale. A friend of mine told me that the IQD or Iraqi Dinar 2003 series with denomination of 25,000 is being bought for $4 USD per dinar. I just don't know if the value is for real but I happen to hold one of this money in bundles during the transaction and some say they have like 2,200 bundles in possession. Imagine how rich the holder will be. Just saying.

Historical Boxes

It was a bit late for me to realize that Filipino people like me should be rich by now just because of these items called historical boxes. Thanks to some friends of friends of friends of mine who acted as if they are a regular person but behind that, they know a lot of things that may possibly help us Filipino's to overcome poverty and enjoy what the first world country citizen is enjoying right now. We can be rich too you know. To start with, did you know that some historical boxes here in the Philippines can be bought by foreign buyers to a very ridiculous price. This boxes contains some old documents or artifacts but for the buyers, this is their bread and butter. One item can be priced at $2T USD if redemption process is followed but  can be bought for fastrack which is lower than the price but will save you from documentation and procedure. What's good at those buyer is their condition or rules. That only Filipino holder can receive the payment in order to use portion of it to humanitarian act or improvement and development of the Philippines. Imagine if all historical boxes will be bought at the same time through the help of the negotiators, all of us will become rich because all negotiators(the dual citizen or senior citizen) desired nothing but to share their wealth once become successful with the transaction. Imagine how many negotiators are stationed in Cubao, Ayala, Crossing and Quezon Ave. If all of them can hit the jackpot, all of their family and friends will benefit. Now why is that these negotiators are deeply involved in this kind of transaction for more than 20 years but none of them manage to sell any of it? Well its because most of them make their own rules which is not applicable to the condition or policy of the buyer. Buyer always request proof of life of the item to prove its existence but the negotiators resist and push their own protocol which always leads to disagreement for both sides. Most of them are not telling the truth during the negotiation. They just want to get fund for their own expenses. To sum it all, it;s not the holders or the buyers fault for every failed transaction. Its always the negotiator because they have the skills to  make it happen but to hard headed to cooperate. I even witness one transaction that will make me earn 6 figures just acting as on of the observer or witness but due to the misinformation given by the holder's negotiator to the buyer's rep, transaction didn't push through. I just hope that they will find ways to correct this common problem with the negotiators and make things right in order to lift the moral of every Filipino buy helping them overcome poverty. There are so much item to sell and a lot of buyers just waiting for them to cooperate. I hope one day I can be part of it and contribute my given talent in order to make it easier for them to transact and help them do the right thing as well.
