LOAN FOR PROBATIONARY AND PROJECT EMPLOYEE

Isn’t odd for employee like us who are on our 3rd month on the job w/out benefits, only getting small salary, limited compensation but already stuck w/ tons of bills or unpaid dues after prioritizing the processing of our pre-employment requirements. We are tempted to fall for loan shark who offer immediate cash assistance but for a high interest and a shorter term of payment. In this case, we avoid engaging w/ this type of people as much as possible and try to apply for salary or personal loan through private lending company. Requirements are quite easy to prepare actually except for two major setback. Job status and ITR (Income Tax Return.). For Status, they require atleast regular position w/c is impossible since most company process your regularization after 6 months. ITR, w/c is only made available after a year of service. We are filled w/ dreams and hope not just for ourselves but for our love ones as well that’s why we work hard. Unfortunately, we can’t achieve things due to lack of support from government in providing financial assistance for starters like us. There are some sector like SSS w/ a pre-requisite of a 12 months of contribution for salary loan w/ limited amount based from salary bracket. Pagibig fund is another sector w/c requires higher contribution in order to file for higher amount of cash. I wish there will be a sector from government who will act as guarantor or co-maker for every newly hired employee who wish to apply for personal or salary loan through private sector since this private sector offers reasonable interest w/ ideal length of payment. Government may issue certificate for every employed individual who are in a probationary or project based employment. If they are worried about the financial security of both parties then it is up to them to come up w/ something reasonable for both of them. I hope this will shed light to concern group or sector who are willing to help and improve the way of living of urban poor people. Imagine how the government can help us in establishing our dreams through this type of loan. We work hard to pay our taxes, please make use of it to improve our way of living.
